Eight Centimeters

Sue just came in again to check on Deborah, and while we're not progressing quite as quickly as she originally expected, we are making progress. Deborah's currently dilated to 8 cm, and Sue's starting her on Pitocin. We'll see what happens. In the meantime, we've been able to update Caroline and David and our parents on our progress -- some of you may even be reading this blog now because of Caroline's Two Peas post -- and enjoy our last pre-kid moments. And Deborah's been able to get some sleep, albeit a strange sleep with all the attached wires and sensors and drips.
